Armourer, Sculptor, Artist and Jeweler
Knives and compositions by Zhigzhit Bayaskhalanov are laborious in execution. Their production combines both manual techniques (for example, traditional Buryat chasing) and special equipment. Production includes lost wax casting, patination, polishing, silvering, etching, sharpening, assembly, engraving, stone setting, etc.
Sculptures are made of bronze covered with Italian patina or nickel. Gilding is used as an element of decor. Separate elements of the image are created from lapis lazuli and jade.
